Order & Delivery

When can I receive the items after I place an order?

For self-collection, the item can be collected anytime during our opening hours. 

For delivery, after an order is placed, the item will be delivered within 2 - 5 working days. Orders made after 4.30pm will only be processed the following day. Please ensure there is someone to receive the item on the day of delivery.

The above assumes we have stock on all orders placed. If we do not have sufficient stock, we will have to verify with the vendor before giving you a separate collection date. Please check with our team on the stock level before making any purchases.

Can you hold my order until my house is ready?

Congratulations on the new home! We can hold your order for up to 3 months of order.

If you need us to hold your order for longer than 3 months, do check with our team and we'll do our best to assist!

What currency will I be charged in?

All prices quoted in our site are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Orders are also charged in SGD.

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept the following at our premise:

  • Cash
  • PayNow / Paylah!
  • Cheque
  • NETS
  • Grabpay
  • Favepay
What are the delivery fees?

For orders above $800, you get to enjoy free delivery! On orders below that, there is a delivery charge between $5 - $30 depending on your product and needs. Do drop us a message to find out more!

Do you deliver on weekends?

Yes we deliver on Saturdays between 9:30am to 12:30pm or 1:30pm to 4:30pm depending on delivery areas. Presently, there is no extra charge for Saturday delivery. 

Also a gentle reminder that some condominiums have strict delivery curfew (i.e. no delivery after 5pm or on weekend), so do check with your condo management before making arrangements! We seek your understanding that we will not be able to refund your weekend delivery fee for any failed delivery attempt should the management not allow us to proceed. Lastly, if you have any special requests, do write in to us and we'll do our best to assist.

Do you ship internationally?

Not for now. However, if you're looking to buy more than $1,000 worth of product for another country, do email us at orders@witslighthouse.com or WhatsApp us and our team can see if we can make a separate arrangement.

Do you deliver to all parts of Singapore?

We deliver to any street address in Singapore, excluding restricted areas like Pulau Ubin. If you're unsure of whether we deliver to your area, do check in with us!

Return & Exchanges

I've received my order but I would like to exchange for something else

It is important to get the right product for your home and project, so we understand if you would like to make an exchange. Simply drop us a message on WhatsApp or email with the order number and items to be exchanged, and our team would be glad to assist.

Please note that only items with original packaging in brand new condition will be accepted for exchange.

I've received my order and it's defective

We're so sorry the item did not reach you in good condition! We are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement or repair. Simply request for a replacement or repair by WhatsApp or email orders@witslighthouse.com and we will follow up with you shortly.

I've received my order but I changed my mind and would like to return it.

You may return your purchase to us within 7 days of receiving the item. Returning item subject to eligibility conditions below:

  • Within 7 days after delivery / self collection
  • New condition & unused
  • Original packaging

The following are NOT eligible for return:

  • Items that have been removed from their original packaging
  • Damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear
  • Product damaged after receipt of delivery

Wit's Lighthouse Pte Ltd reserves the right to reject any returns if item does not meet all of the above conditions and if its no longer in an acceptable condition due to wear and tear, misuse, abnormal usage, poor installation etc.

I've received my order but one / some of my items are missing
